STD WEAR NEWSLETTER
TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions shall apply from the date on which the Newsletter service is launched and these Terms & Conditions are published at www.stdwear.com.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of the Newsletter electronic
    service by:

    hereinafter referred to as “HANT”, “STD WEAR” or the “Service Provider”.

      Poland.
  3. The Newsletter is an electronic service consisting of sending information to
    the e-mail address provided by the User concerning STD WEAR, including in
    particular Products, new collections, launches, Product availability,
    promotions, special offers, events, brand-related content and other
    commercial and marketing information concerning STD WEAR.
  4. Subscription to and use of the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
  5. These Terms & Conditions are made available free of charge in a form that
    enables Users to read, save and print them.

2. SUBSCRIBING TO THE NEWSLETTER

  1. The Newsletter may be used by a person who has an active e-mail address.
  2. Subscription to the Newsletter requires:
    • providing an e-mail address in the Newsletter subscription form available in the Online Store or elsewhere provided by STD WEAR,
    • providing the required consent or consents,
    • completing any other steps indicated in the subscription form, where applicable.
  3. By subscribing to the Newsletter, the User confirms that they have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.
  4. Providing an e-mail address is voluntary but necessary in order to receive the Newsletter.
  5. For the purpose of verifying the e-mail address or confirming the subscription, STD WEAR may send a message to the address provided containing a link or another method of confirming the subscription.
  6. The User is required to provide accurate information and must not use an e-mail address belonging to another person without an appropriate legal basis.

3. PROVISION OF THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE

  1. The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service is concluded when the User successfully subscribes to the Newsletter or, where additional subscription confirmation is required, when such confirmation is completed.
  2. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
  3. The Newsletter may be sent at varying intervals. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific number or frequency of messages.
  4. The Newsletter may contain commercial and marketing information concerning STD WEAR, including information about Products, collections, launches, promotions, special campaigns and brand activities.
  5. The Newsletter may also contain links to the Online Store, websites and STD WEAR social media profiles.
  6. Use of the Newsletter requires:
    • a device capable of accessing the Internet,
    • Internet access,
    • an active e-mail address,
    • software enabling the User to receive e-mail messages.
  7. The User bears the cost of Internet access in accordance with the agreement with their telecommunications service provider.

4. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM THE NEWSLETTER

  1. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without providing a reason and without incurring any charge.
  2. The User may unsubscribe in particular by:
    • using the unsubscribe link included in a Newsletter e-mail,
    • sending an unsubscribe request to info@stdwear.com.
  3. Unsubscribing terminates the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service and results in Newsletter messages no longer being sent to the relevant e-mail address.
  4. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of activities carried out before the User unsubscribed.

5. RULES FOR USING THE NEWSLETTER

  1. The User must use the Newsletter in accordance with applicable law, these Terms & Conditions and generally accepted standards of conduct.
  2. Users are prohibited from providing unlawful content through any functionality associated with the Newsletter.
  3. Users must not undertake activities which may interfere with the proper functioning of IT systems used by the Service Provider.

6. COMPLAINTS

  1. Users may submit complaints concerning the provision of the Newsletter service.
  2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to info@stdwear.com or in writing to the Service Provider’s registered office.
  3. To facilitate efficient handling of a complaint, Users are encouraged to provide:
    • the e-mail address concerned,
    • a description of the issue,
    • the expected resolution.
  4. Failure to provide the above information will not automatically result in the complaint being disregarded where it can be considered on the basis of the information provided.
  5. The Service Provider will consider complaints without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of receipt.

7. PERSONAL DATA

  1. HANT Sp. z o.o. is the controller of the personal data of Newsletter Users.
  2. Personal data is processed in particular for the purpose of providing the Newsletter service and sending content for which the User has provided the relevant consent.
  3. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter and withdraw their consent at any time in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  4. Detailed information concerning personal data processing, legal bases for processing, data retention periods, recipients of personal data and Users’ rights is provided in the STD WEAR Privacy Policy, available at www.stdwear.com.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE

  1. The Service Provider may amend these Terms & Conditions for valid reasons, including in particular:
    • changes to applicable law affecting the Newsletter service,
    • changes to the manner in which the service is provided,
    • introduction of new functionalities,
    • technological or organisational changes affecting the Newsletter.
  2. Users will be appropriately informed of amendments to these Terms & Conditions, in particular by e-mail, where required by applicable law or by the nature of the amendment.
  3. Amendments will not prejudice rights acquired by Users.
  4. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, including where they do not accept amendments to these Terms & Conditions.
  5. The Service Provider may discontinue the Newsletter service, in particular where it decides to cease operating the Newsletter.
  6. Where the Newsletter service is discontinued, the agreement for the provision of that service will terminate.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Matters not governed by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to the User.
  2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights granted to Users under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
  3. These Terms & Conditions are available free of charge at www.stdwear.com in a form that enables Users to save and reproduce them.
  4. The current version of these Terms & Conditions applies from the date indicated at the beginning of the document.
